If our own youth are not good enough then we should be scouring other teams youth and picking up young talent that other teams may not value. We made money on Mackie, Dunney, Henville, Golbourne, Harley, Wheeler (hopefully). All young players that started elsewhere but found first team football with us, benefitting from our youth set up. Personally I don't give a flying fart where a kid was born, but I want City to continue to bring young players on whoever they started with.

A decent 0-0 on Saturday for the youngsters away at Harper's Park against Plymouth Argyle.

This is the only report I can find, which is from Argyle's tame reporter Chris Errington http://www.plymouthherald.co.uk/Table-topping-Argyle-18s-held-goal-draw-Exeter/story-26180956-detail/story.html

Pacey attacks, lots of wide play and definite threat from set pieces - bodes well for the future.

No game for the U18s this weekend. City are in 6th (out of 12). Argyle are top, unbeaten in 8 and with 18 points.

Followed up last week's 3-1 defeat at home tp Watford with a 3-1 defeat away to Bournemouth. This should give the Grecians a mid-table finish (Argyle win Merit Tabe 1) which is not bad given some of the teams that are in this league.
