Bit surprised that neither the commentators nor the batsmen seemed to have realised that if the number of wickets left is equal to the number of reviews left, then there is no downside for the batsman in taking the review. So if there are 7 wickets down and three reviews left, the batsman can just take the review anyway. Taking 3 successive unsuccessful reviews when 7 down means that all the reviews run out, but the team is all out anyway!
