A further 24 no balls for which probably isn't.
However only 2 wide balls were hurled, over the whole 148 overs which does at least seem remarkably tight.

Given the length of the innings perhaps “sundries” were bound to be high.

I would scrap runs for leg byes as the batter who has fooked up is rewarded.

No balls another matter. Should be 10 runs for a front foot no ball as there is no excuse for bowling them
