Missy - why have you wasted time by asking a rhetorical question?

There is a potentially valid point in here somewhere but the snide manner in which you raise it negates any chance of a sensible debate. What I am curious is whether you are insinuating that:

1. Tisdale does not sign saleable players.

or

2. The Club does not get the sell-on value it ought to because of poor negotiating / contract handling.

or

3. Something else entirely.

To my mind Tisdale does sign players who either had value while here or a good chance of developing that value (e.g Taylor, Harley, Troy, Dunne etc) but no circumstance has yet existed where that value could be realised. Taylor wanted off on a Bosman and Harley was in a position to do the same. Now you might be able to criticise the club for allowing the players to get into such a strong position but the only real solution is to offer longer contracts (which the players might refuse to sign) and that comes with its own risks.
