Lots of plaudits coming the way of Sinn Fein and their respectful magnanimity during the NI visit yesterday. Not so much coming the way of that absolute n0bber of the Scottish Greens.

I also thought that Nicola Sturgeon spoke well in the King's presence at Holyrood.

It decays and smells, obviously 6ft in the ground you won't smell it. Out in the open in this heat......
I think they’ve probably got that covered, especially as an enclosed embalmed body can go two weeks without the sort of thing you’re taking about happening.

I did hear that Sinn Fein did put out "Advice" on their SM outlets that any disrespectful tweets etc will not be seen in a good light, Although they won't appear while any Proclamation are read etc for King Charles the words from Sinn Fein regarding the late Queen seemed heartfelt and respectful, Her meeting and public handshake with Martin McGuinness did a lot for Unionist/Republican relations, Even though Stormont is suspended you never of thought that the Queen would meet someone from Sinn Fein.

Also, in an article I read yesterday the coffin is specially designed and lined with lead, both to hermetically seal it and also to help defer any decay. That's why it takes to many people to lift it.

Forgot to say a massive shout out and thanks to the Pallbearers, Such a responsibility for lads who looked so young but as usual with our armed forces they performed the job brilliantly and with great respect, Also the Police outriders who escorted the late Queen's body, From Balmoral and to those who did the job from RAF Northolt to Buckingham Palace. 👏

Exeweb never ceases to amaze. We've got the usual assortment of self appointed "armchair experts" in goalkeeping, team management, running a Football Club, etc, etc, but now to cap it all we appear to have a plethora of would be undertakers to boot ! :ROFLMAO:

Phillip has been in a fridge somewhere since he died, maybe she's in there too?
