Fings I learnt from the Argo City game.

1. Tisdale does not rate Jake Thomson
2. We have less depth in the squad than I thought.
3. Jamie Cureton is sh*t. (I knew that already, but hey)
4. Golbourne is proving himself big time this season (and people are finally realising)
5. Steel drum bands are a surefire way of killing atmosphere at football games
6. The referee was dreadful (for both sides)
7. Keith Todd and Paul Stapleton do not talk to each other under any circumstances.
My take:

1. Thomson does not fit into Cheesedale's system, why the feck did he sign him then ?

2. We have strength in depth up front, elsewhere we are light.

3. I like Cureton, natural goalscorer, he needs decent supply though, our crossing is sh*t and without Harley we create sod all.

4. Imho Golbs is sh*t.

5. I don't care.

6. The ref was poor however they generally are.

7. See 5.

The story of Jake Thomson is a strange one. I wonder if Tis sees him as a long term replacement for Tully, but based on what i've seen of him as a RB or wing back (not much, i admit), he has a lot to learn defensively.

I liked the steel drum lot, although it did make the whole atmosphere more friendly which kind of ruined it.

Cureton is quality too, as is Golbourne.

Loving the free flowing entertaining football at S
He's a winger , Tisdale doesnt really do wingers.

He's played for Trinidad and Tobago , an international footballer cant even get in our starting line were that good.

I didn't realise it was there for a while. I thought that someone had just brought along a really crap CD.
