How long until the "Kane is homesick and wants to come home to Manchester story starts up?
Amended to reflect a possible outcome

If today’s reports are accurate Chelsea are on the verge of signing Caicedo from Brighton.
If he’s added to Fernandez, who joined them in January, their central midfield pair would have cost them £220M, with both being contracted until 2031.
Is it just me, or is this madness?

Its like the CoL, Covid, Austerity never happened in the PL, In fact when Covid hit some PL teams wanted to get rid of their lower paid people citing unable to afford their wages.

A somewhat depressing end to the Manchester United v Wolves match this evening.
Late in the game, with it finely balanced at 1 nil, the United Goalkeeper virtually took the head off of a Wolves player with a mistimed and misjudged punch.
The Referee immediately sprinted to the touchline, and as the the Wolves Manager said in his post match interview was presumably heading for the tv monitor.
But no, for his temerity in appealing for a penalty he was promptly booked, play was waved on a United bagged all three points.
Normal service resumed.

Aye. A truly baffling decision and I understand Howard Webb has already apologised to Wolves.

It beggars belief how VAR is so grossly misused in football.

At least VAR did have a look even if they came to the wrong decision. That didn't happen at Goodison on Saturday because Stuart Attwell blew for a free kick against Tarkowski before seeing where the ball ended up. As a consequence VAR couldn't review the incident.

VAR should not come to a wrong decision in clear cases. That is the whole point of having it.

As regards your second point, that is just a daft way of using/not using the technology properly.

Cricket and Rugby use these review systems really well. Why is Football so crap at it ?

The very obvious answer of those that are in charge of using it?
