Totally agree, well worth a watch I felt a lot of positivity coming from that interview with regards to new contracts being signed and strong possibility of returning loanees. Also the fact Caldwell talked about meeting a mystery player the afternoon of the interview shows the wheels for next season are truely in motion. Also lots of talk about the youth of the club mainly with regard to Richards and Dean but the importance of the future of the club not just the here and now, as JCWoosh said he gets the club, so all those concerned about the connection between the 1st team and Academy and lack of opportunities for the youth coming through, this will still be a massive part of the club ethos but the club is striving to be better and stronger across the board. Just want the season to start again now!

Interesting how we rarely see “Players under contract who have been made available for immediate transfer (2):” like in other club’s lists. That is from Rotherham’s btw.
