Eggy bread bacon butty anyone. It's a Saturday morning artery clogger.

Pastrami bit of thin cut tomato and mayo on doorstop white bread
Corned beef with small chunk pickle on tiger bread
Turkey rashers, beans, loads of thick cut fried mushrooms, fried egg and a pinch of salt on any bread that isn't healthy , Maybe even fry the bread ! Works very well for a hangover cure.

A mate of mine (Dartford fan) swears by a fried bread sammidge.

That's right, a slice of fried bread, in a thick white buttered sammidge. Mental.

Fish finger and tommy sauce is up there. Soft fish fingers though. They must not, repeat NOT be near cremated before going into the sandwich.

1. Centre wedge of a French baguette split, lightly spread with a dill butter and lined with the finest Scottish smoked salmon.

2. Rare English roast beef, lightly daubed with horseradish and enclosed within one slice of fluffy white bread and a slice of ciabatta. No butter.

3. Camembert affine au Calvados with apple and grape on malted or multigrain bread.
