Try their number 3 Sturtz, the left back.

He's always impressed me whenever I've seen him against us. He's dominant in his own box and carries a threat in ours.

Aye Dan Butler. A bit of a Cnut who was very lucky not to have been given his marching orders.

Picture would of course be lovely ......
I've offered to take pictures on two separate occasions, however this is built on trust, I'm more then happy to provide a photo.

Five pounds is pocket money to most of us who work, however to a single parent, that's lunchboxes for three days...

To Lee Anderson, that's over 16 meals.

Agreed, Stevenage did have their fair share of raw meat eaters, very physical team, Alex McDonald looked particularly Neanderthal, even Jamie Reid looks to.have "bulked out". Thought we handled the physical challenge well.

I was grilled by I think was Harris earlier in the season about how I didn't think Nombe was a "Caldwell striker" and asked for details around that

Alli, although a WIP has attributes that I think were missing with Nombe but still offers a physical presence - namely having very good feet and being able to play with his back to goal

GC favours a more technical game to his predecessor and has brought in a lot of players comfortable on the ball

Think we'll see him develop well next season, it seems like we view him as a project to make into a 9 as it's not always where he's played for Halifax I think?
I've not had the opportunity to see much of Alli yet, but seems that him and Cox both offer different elements that could compliment each other? Neither the complete package as a line leader, but both can also drop deeper/wider, offering different things? Obviously both have a lot of space for development, but could we see the two of them together with it a bit more fluid in terms of who is the "9"?

Was talking about this with mate yesterday at the game - there have been some occasions where we’ve switched to two up front during the game this year so I don’t think that’s totally out of the question

In my mind mind the no.9 in our current system remains very isolated and waiting for scraps or moments - I definitely wouldn’t be against GC switch it up from his favourite of two 10s behind a 9 to one 10 behind two 9s

If you've got players who can do a bit of either, you don't even have to choose

We had some very good moments of good quality football, especially when we played the ball out, just need to carve out more goals when we play that fast one touch football
