EPL blackmail wins the day according to BBC sport

Why have people started calling it EPL? Its not its the Premier League. Everything is marketing. It makes it sound like a cricket league, jeez they'll be introducing music for corners and throw-ins next.

does this mean if sides relegated from prem to championship go back up the next season then this larger amount will still be shared out, meaning we would get substantially more than the nice bonus recd in last two years when brum,newcastle and wba got promoted. if so then here's hoping.

basically this is happening so that teams relegated from the PL get loads more money meaning it is more likely they will get promoted back again. they are just trying to get rid of relegation and the likes of burnley getting promoted again because they are not in the top 20 biggest clubs in the country.
