If Stubbs had of been fit and playing this season and as solid as last season, I reckon we would of been right up there.
He isn't though and we can't seemingly afford a replacement.

Need Diabate back desperately.

We’re an inch away from being a really good team, but that last inch is the most difficult inch because it’s about defending.
The next manager is crucial, this set of players are very good, if we can get that extra 5-10% out of them, potentially with some tweaked tactics we could definitely bother the top 10

Third one and fourth one (should have positioned himself properly to claim it)

All keepers at this level have issues, so to say there's nothing wrong with him is a bit off... I said he's decent, just nowhere near Cam's quality
I’m starting to wonder about Blackman myself, given he looks Uber cool and calm. Or is too casual? He didn’t seem to move for a couple of their goals.

We played great tonight, I’m not feeling down about the result at all because of the way we played. Yes their first goal was defensively embarrassing but Josh will know that and he has got plenty in the bank for me to easily forgive him. Other than his major mistake, he played well going forward. Considering we’ve got a defensive injury list from hell, we’re in League 1 and our manager’s just left us, we’re doing alright. The players can hold their heads up high tonight, they gave us everything.

Plus, if we’d drawn at Barnsley and then grabbed a late equaliser tonight we’d all be feeling better, but we’d be a point worse off.

I agree with most of what he said other than being happy for Josh Key to lose possession in midfield, which leaves us defensively exposed. We can’t afford to be so open in L1.

Despite that, he spoke well again and hopefully he can sign off with a win on Saturday.

Dare I say it another honest interview from Kev showing that he thinks about the game in depth and has players at heart.
Shame about Smithy - he could have made things interesting.

They showed some good effort tonight, but the lack of players to rotate was always going to catch up with us.Thought Nicholson could have put a coupld more subs on 5 minutes before we conceded the third. The players have exceeded expectations since we lost so many in defence and it will set us up for the run in to Christmas if we can be mid table by the end of this month which is possible.

Very frustrating that. Thought that we matched Charlton, even though we lacked height and couldn't win anything in the air. Unfortunately, having to play a square peg in a round hole cost us two goals. When Key is a wing back, it doesn't matter too much when he over plays and loses possession, but tonight when he charged forward and lost the ball, it was obvious we were exposed. Bang! Third goal and game over.
This. Great Grecian support up yer this evening in the Greenwich Library 👏🏼
