Re: An Open Letter to the Echo re: Tisdale

Hants: As I suggested to you a couple of weeks ago, cant we do a poll on Tisdale's future? You're the exeweb poll organiser, and didnt mind knocking one up regarding Conway; Why cant you organise one regarding Tisdale? Whoops sorry - 'Paul'?
A poll won't force him out though. A petition will get to far more people and will be picked up by the press.

Agreed, a poll would not make any difference. This is smart idea

Agree with this.

And I think it should be aimed at the board not Tisdale. Tis would just shrug it off. The board, in theory, answer to us. Tis answers to the board.

As the rosiest of rose tinters, I'm finding this quite difficult to say. But...I would sign that letter. Thanks Tis for the best memories I have ever had in nearly 35 years of supporting the Mighty Grecians, but it's time to give someone else a chance.
As one whose stubborn and often offensive rhetoric has helped to reinforce the status quo, your late, late recognition of a reality that's been staring us in the face for months is unlikely to be needed...

As if a hundred odd signatures will do anything.

Needless to say I would not sign.

I did one of these 2 years ago, I was crucified at the time!!

Did anyone book mark it, in the vain hope that they could bring it back to haunt me in a few years time? :p:eek:

With all due respect, if promoted enough, I reckon there will be a lot more than 'a hundred odd' signatures.

C'mon GOG: Dont not sign it because you dont think it'll get us anywhere! We have to try something! Or will you be happy with Non League football next season, assuming we dont go broke and not fullfill our fixtures!
