A good close finish but we should have wrapped it up.
However, lucky / dodgy stumping to dismiss Bopara was the final nail

But honestly, what is the point of Bopara? Did someone forget to tell him that this was a 50 over game and not a test match?

Yes but even in a 50 over game you need someone to hold an end up whilst runs are scored around you. Still think if he had not got out we would have won

It goes alongside Tredwell and Dernbach as just bizarre in terms of selection

well 1 win from what 15 matches ? bloody miserable all round....

few positives , Jordan , Butler and Morgan in the ODI's , and Stokes in the Test matches....

I bloody hope Ashley Giles the king of spain doesn't get the job now - He's about as exciting or intresting as dishwater....id like to see Michael Vaughan or Andrew Strauss get the job , both succesfull England skippers who are well respected and still in touch with the modern game....Strauss would be a great shout with Gary Kirsten alongside.
