If MT feels he has to leave because he feels we have reached our heights then to be honest MT isn’t the man for us. Maybe someone who knows league one and can take over the good work MT has done and push on even further. Many teams have done it, look at Yeovil, Burton etc they’ve all been in the championship

I'd rather use compensation to strengthen defence and, as we did with MT, trust what we have that know our fan owned club inside out.
