Perception and reality are two very different things. This country's perception of everything (immigration include) is clouded by the dire state our personal finances are in.

Capitalism is not working as it should, because the inequality gap is getting wider and wider. EDIT: capitalism probably is working as it should, but our governance of it is not.Is this the same in the rest of the west as well? If so, is capitalism working as it should.
